Our client is a well-known official importer and distributor of famous wine brands. They are also the main wine supplier for 5-star hotels and luxury restaurants in HCMC. To promote business, the company is looking for a Sales Manager with detailed requirements as below:

Job requiments:

- Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade or equivalent;

- At least 2 years of working experience in similar positions in a wines company;

- Strong knowledge of wines is desirable;

- Experience working as sommelier is preferred;

- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal);

- Good relationship and have strong costumer database with Northern Vietnam Horeca Foreigner market;

- Excellent Sales skills; Organization and management skills; Problems solving and decision making skills;

- Outgoing personality;

Job responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development Management

- Develop sales strategies and annual business plan;

- Make business plan and action plan for the whole Hanoi Horeca sales team;

- Negotiate, finalize and follow deals with all key Horeca accounts;

- Establish and develop Horeca distribution network inNorthern Vietnam;

- Develop Sales turn over according to Management Board requirement to ensure the yearly, quarterly and monthly target revenue of the company;

- Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on the sales volume, revenue for each outlet/ region/ staff;

- Prepare monthly report on the quantities of distribution network (current, in, out, ending)  

- Make policies for development and outlet investment;

- Prepare monthly report with market analysis including: Competition price, portfolio, new products, marketing, Company new outlets, products needs and price position analyze;

Networking Management

- Organize regular wine events, wines tasting and wine training sessions;

- Plan, Organize, Deal and Lead wine dinner with Key accounts;

Human Resource Management

- Dismiss, appoint and recruit Foreign Horeca sales team members;

- Supervise, organize and assign work to the entire Foreign Horeca Sales team;

- Training wine knowledge & service, company portfolio to company staffs and Horeca account staffs;
