- Bachelor degree, major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or other related fields.

- At least 1 year working experience inVietnamwine market is required.

- Deep knowledge in wine and wine industry and have a wide networking with partners and customers inVietnamwine industry.

- Able to communicate by English.

- Effective communication, negotiation and consulting skills with a customer service mindset.

- High sense of responsibility.

- Dynamic, enthusiastic, honesty and fun.

Job responsibilities:

Sales Executive is responsible for supporting Direct Sales Manager perform the sales development, market development and brand development, customer care to fit the goals of the company.

Sales activities:

- Perform assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly sales revenue.

- Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers through setting up schedules to visit customers every week, month; via email and phone.

- Find and meet potential customers to develop new customer system.

Understand needs of customers to present suitable solutions and proposals; overcome challenges to persuade customers buy products and get orders.

- Negotiate terms and conditions of the contract and terminate the contract.

Play a role as a representative for company (in case of authorization) in the exhibitions, events that company attends.

- Contact with delivery section and accountants to check the progress of sales.

Set up business records of each customer.

Check the number of displayed goods and inventory at the outlets of customers.

Manage customers’ liabilities according to assignment for each customer (amount and time of liabilities).

Marketing activities:

Connecting the Right People

- Collect the information of the market and customers.

- Implement market research activities: price and promotion programs of competitors to have proposals for each market in each particular time to maintain and develop sales volume and customers.

- Make plans to introduce products with professional methods and be suitable with needs of each specific customer.

- Contact with customers about special promotion programs.

Reporting activities:

- Perform periodic business reports to direct manager such as: sales, order reports.
