Job requiments:

- Bachelor’s degree in  Science or Agriculture field

- Minimum 6-7 years working experience in hybrid rice and corn, agronomy,  pest anddisease .

- Good English skill at  pre-intermediate level

- Ability to  manage entire R&D farm including labor management, crop management, crossing Program, etc.

- Hardworking, passionate, sincere and honest in work.

- Ability to work independently  and  confidently

- Good communication and attitude

Job responsibilities:

1. Sales management

- Achieve yearly sales and collection target

- Plan and execute all sales promotion activities for a whole year.

- Make sales campaign and business plan for long term and short term in different periods.

- Implement human resources management activities of sales team, including: recruit, lead, train, monitor and evaluate staff.

- Develop and manage distribution channels

- Organize demo of new products

- Make monthly reports on responsible field

- Take customer’s feedback to improve business activities

2. Market development strategy and activities

- Identify the key opportunities for new business of fertilizer and vegetable.

- Take responsibility for the growth of business and stewardship

- Lead team to deploy market surveys about segmentation and positioning of Group’s products

- Make strategic monthly, quarterly and yearly planning for sales and marketing activities to develop fertilizer and vegetable business.

3. Strategic relationship management with critical and strategic partners

- Develop and manage relationship with strategic partners, including distributors, dealers, district and provincial authorities, for technical consulting and selling all agricultural products to target markets.
