Job requiments:

1. Degree/Experiences

- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 7 years of experience in production and 5 years of experience in equivalent position

- Deep knowledge of manufacture process, management and quality system in factory environment

- Strong knowledge of requirements, standards, quality control and order process of big customer in printing and packaging fields

- Deep understanding of relevant Law and Regulations in hygienic conditions, labor safety, fire protection and environment

2. Skills

- Strong ability to make plan and manage time

- Strong leadership skill to able to motivate employee

- Good human resource management skill

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both external and internal relationship

- Problem solving skill

3.Qualifications

- Fair, straightforward and determined

- Result - oriented management

- Able to work under high pressure and achieve objectives

Job responsibilities:

The main purpose of the role is to manage and control overall business and manufacture activities of Factory to achieve objectives: productivity, quality, efficiency (cost, profit) and safety.

Manage overall activities to get the assigned objectives

1. Finance objectives

- Ensure revenue and profit as business plan

2. Customer’s demand Objectives

- Ensure high quality of product

- Manage time to supply customer’s orders

3. Process objectives:

- Build and maintain manufacture management system and standards of process control system, including: set up objectives system, working procedures among departments in Factory

-  Adjust manufacture surface and standard manufacture process for product lines

4. Human resources development objectives

- Recruit, train, orient, monitor and valuate direct subordinates about achieving target.

- Manage working time, time of paid leave, working attitude and quality

- Implement career development programs for subordinates to build and develop adjacent managers

Make report

- Make monthly, quarterly and annual reports on objective implementing for Managing Director

- Make reports as assigned for Chairman of the Board

Ensure and be in charge of factory activities to meet Regulations about hygienic conditions, labor safety, fire protection and relevant conditions

Build, research and deploy new investment projects

Take responsibility for external relationship

1. First Factory

Cooperate with First Factory in:

- Ensure rotation and balance human resource and devices between 2 factories

- Discuss and give opinion about business strategies and customer relate to Factory

2. Suppliers

- Factory’s Representative to discuss with suppliers about factory’s relevant activities.

3. Customers

- Factory’s Representative to discuss, negotiate with customers about product quality and delivery schedule.

4. Relevant Agencies

- Factory’s Representative to cooperate with relevant Agencies about hygienic conditions, labor safety, fire protection and environment at Factory
